This is a nice home that has been recently updated with paint and T-1-11 on the bottom half of the walls. T-1-11 was installed to help with any type of water intrusion. There have been two (2) times during really bad weather that small amounts of water have gotten in the home. With this T-1-11 and the foam board insulation, no walls have to be replaced or worry about tearing anything out. A new metal roof was installed in 2021 due to hurricane damage. Update as of 09/14/22: Seller states that there has been no water intrusion in a long time and with the new drainage system on Bayou Rapides there has been no drainage problems. The home is not in a flood zone.
